The tier sets the maximum guest count. Nothing else changes.
There's no "starter" tier with features stripped out, and no "premium" tier you have to upgrade to for the good stuff. The 10-guest plan and the 500-guest plan are the same product. You pick the size of your event, that's it.

The questions people ask before paying.
What if my guest count grows after I pay?
You can upgrade your tier at any time, including during the event, and only pay the difference between your current and new tier. Existing photos, video clips and settings carry over.
Are there subscription plans or monthly fees?
No. Fête is one-off pricing per event only. If you run multiple events you pay separately for each, with no recurring charge between them.
What's included at every tier?
Every tier includes guest photos, short video clips, private video messages, organiser controls, the live photo wall, gallery release scheduling and full-quality downloads. The tier only changes the maximum guest count, not the feature set.
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple's in-app purchase on iOS, Google Play billing on Android, or Stripe (card payment) from the web. All major credit and debit cards are supported via Stripe.
What happens to my photos after the event?
Your gallery stays available for 12 months from the event date. You can download the full set of photos and video clips in original quality at any point during that window.
What if I have more than 500 guests?
Pick the 500+ tier and email fete@megabite.io with your event details. We'll set you up with a custom plan that matches your guest count and any additional capacity needs.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If something goes wrong on the day or you change your mind before guests start uploading, contact fete@megabite.io and we'll work it out. We're a small team and we'd rather have a happy customer than a contested charge.
Is VAT or sales tax included?
On the iOS and Android apps, the price shown already includes any applicable local sales tax: Apple and Google calculate this automatically for your country. On the web via Stripe, US customers pay the listed USD price; EU and UK customers have local VAT calculated at checkout and added to the total. Either way, the final price you pay is shown clearly before you confirm.
